Be a King/Queen Challenge
Black History Month 2021 at the Leanna Hicks Library will be royal. We will be hosting, among other things, the:

Submission
All completed scavenger hunt sheets and all creations or links to creations along with name should be submitted no later than midnight February 21, 2021 as follows:
- Email to the library at reference@inksterlibrary.org with the subject Be a King or Queen submission
- Physically drop off at the library no later than February 21, 2021.
Showcase
All entries will be showcased through the library’s website. To be featured on our instagram tag us @LeannaHicksPublicLibrary and use the hashtag #LHPLBlackHistoryMonth2021
Grand Prizes
In order to be considered for a prize, participants must complete the scavenger hunt
and submit their creative piece. Staff at the library will select a first, second and third
place winner. Grand prizes will be awarded to these top three winners.
Don’t forget your name, and a phone number or email address so we can contact you if
you’re a Grand Prize Winner!
